The Process of Working with Me

I am a digital marketing professional located in New York City. I help companies improve what they have going on with the web, mobile and social media. If it's organic traffic they want or to pick up more targeted traffic.

In this video I'm talking about the current process of working with me. I believe in the future it will change a bit, but it's how it works now. For example, now there is a win you over process that in the near future I don't think I will have to do as much as my referral network builds up.

Right now I meet with someone new and the first step is to win them over. Then we begin. Once we start I do everything in my power to bring the max amount of value to the table. I don't play games with people businesses and I don't expect people to play games with my projects either. If they do, they are gone in one minute.

The way I win customers over is by showing them a bunch of digital resources and strategies available to them with the hope that they are interested and see the value I see. In the future I'm hoping people will just hire me because of my reputation and referrals.

I help companies improve what they have on the web, mobile and social media. The process of working with me is, once I get the check I do everything in my power to deliver the max amount of value. I do not hold back. If it's a one time consultation, analysis and upgrade or a monthly thing doesn't matter. In either situation I go above and beyond to offer the maximum amount of value in every situation.

One advantage of working with me is if I'm awake I'm available. I make myself available to clients 24 hours and day, 7 days a week. I understand people are busy plus clients are making a sacrifice of time and resources to work with me. I do everything in my power to make them feel like the experience was 100% worth it.

I want people to love what I do for them.

After having the idea to record my thoughts with the intention of informing, educating and explaining some of the essential digital resources and strategies effecting small and medium businesses, I'm now about 500 videos in. This is another of the videos from the first batch of 500. The next 500 will continue to expand on the topics of web, mobile, social media, sites and mobile apps that may be used by companies to share there message.

A few of the ideas I share are as follows. The better your digital foundation, the better opportunity you give your brand to grow it's organic following. There are several ways to tap into more targeted traffic if you so choose. One way is online advertising, when done efficiently, may be a valuable source of exposure for your product, service or establishment. Social media may help too, regardless if you update it a lot or not. I also explore mobile app opportunities and content creation strategies.
